Membership Dues
It is our Synagogue’s policy to never deny membership for financial reasons. Funding is needed to carry out our operations, salaries, administrative, office and maintenance supplies, upkeep of the facilities, and religious ritual items. Dues are $2,000 per year for a full family membership and $1,000 per year for an individual. High Holy Day seats are provided at no cost your first year of membership. Dues are prorated on a monthly basis January 1 through December 31. An Associate Affiliation option is available for $100 for individuals living 35 miles or more outside of Annapolis. Payment plans can be set-up through the CKI office. Various arrangements for payment include automatic withdrawals, credit card withdrawals, and electronic payments. Payments may be set-up monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually. We offer discounts to the following: 1. Newlyweds receive free membership for one year beginning the first day of their marriage. 2. Parents with children in our Preschool or Hebrew School receive free membership for the first year their children are in the school. 3. New members under the age of 30 receive a 50% reduction in dues. 4. All new (not returning) members receive free High Holy Day seats for the first year of membership.
