Our synagogue is named after the traditional description of the Jewish people Kneseth Israel. Our religious mission is to live up to our name and have our Congregation be a spiritual home for all Jews.

Located in Annapolis, we have served the Jewish community longer than any other synagogue in Anne Arundel County.

We welcome Jews of all affiliations, and invite you to join us for a warm, fulfilling service.

A Shavuot Story

Movie Screening of "An Open Door: Jewish Rescue in the Philippines"

About 200 people attended the screening of a film on September 9, 2012 about the virtually unknown story of how the Philippines, in cooperation with American and Jewish allies, was able to save more than 1,300 Jews prior to 1941. Award-winning film maker Noel Izon was at our synagogue to discuss the project.
